History: Gaia Research was founded in 1997. For many years we have been suggesting the simple health benefits of a gentle dilution of 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide occurs naturally in atmospheric rain and is also manufactured in the human body, however largely depleted by environmental as well as poor health factors.
Understanding % and volume: Food grade hydrogen peroxide is stable at 35% (120 vol.) and is therefore free of the stabilizers, preservatives, and other contaminants, normally not considered a problem in the commercial 3-12% (10-40 vol.) solutions used as skin antiseptics and hair bleaches, which are not suitable for human oral consumption. H2O2 at a dilution of 1-3, possibly 5 drops per glass of water in a 250ml glass of water serves as an effective drinking water disinfectant against unicellular pathogens and reproductive egg stages of multi-cellular pathogens without the high toxicity potential of chlorine, other disinfectants, and their by-products.
Magnesium Peroxide will clear the body and gut from any excess acid and mucous thereby allowing the beneficial oxygenating effects 0f 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to be fully absorbed at the cellular level.
Caution: This product is volatile, contains & releases oxygen which can build up in the bottle if not released at regular intervals.
Storage: If using daily, store in the fridge. If the product comes into contact with hands it will cause a whitening effect on fingers or any other contact areas, causing an itchy sensation, which will disappear.
For nebulizing: If undiluted as in the 35% FOOD-GRADE concentrate, 1 drop to 60ml water/saline solution. Nebulise with Hydrogen Peroxide 35% FG 1 drop undiluted H202 = .05mls
“Nebulize with (suggested 3 drops) of Hydrogen Peroxide mixed into the nebulizer ampule (+- 60ml) with lukewarm boiled or distilled water. This should kill any bacteria that it comes in contact with on the immediate nasal and throat contact areas, as well as in the lungs. It will also purge excess mucus which at this stage will contain the bulk of any new pathogens attempting to enter the respiratory tract. I mix it in the previously discussed solution of salt and xylitol. This should be done at the end of the day to ensure that all pathogens accumulated during the day be removed from the body. “Specifically, Hydrogen Peroxide works in three ways. The primary effect is in loosening and purging mucus. In doing so, viruses and bacteria is also purged. The secondary effect is that it is an effective germ killer as mentioned before. The tertiary effect is that it induces mild Oxidative Stress which usually results in cell death, but paradoxically activates a gene that increases cellular life. Small amounts which do not initially overwhelm cells, and thus would have the opposite effect i.e. cell death, are therefore important”.
