INTERACTIONS Due to the vaso-constrictive action of hydrastine in golden seal, interaction with blood pressure medication may occur.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS OF USE Take one capsule three times per day, starting immediately with the first flu symptoms. Preferably, take with meals. For optimum effect use with vitamin C and quercetin and combine with echinacea.
SIDE EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS Very high doses may irritate mucous membranes in the mouth and cause diarrhoea, nausea and respiratory problems. Such high doses may also suppress absorption of the B-vitamins.
KNOWN SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSAGE AND PARTICULARS OF ITS TREATMENT Nausea, diarrhoea and respiratory problems. Discontinue use if any of these symptoms occur.
