Supplement consisting of three different forms of magnesium and other synergistic nutrients.
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION The product contains three different sources of bio-available magnesium to promote absorption and cellular uptake of magnesium. Aspartates specifically promote cellular absorption while citric acid promotes intestinal absorption. Chelated magnesium is also better absorbed than ordinary magnesium salts. Since the absorption of copper, manganese and zinc may be suppressed in the presence of relatively high levels of magnesium, these minerals are included.
INDICATIONS To correct nutritional deficiencies of magnesium, especially in heart patients.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION Do not exceed normal dosage levels during pregnancy and lactation.
DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS OF USE Take four capsules daily in divided doses with meals for the first month with half a glass of water. Thereafter the dosage can be reduced to two to three capsules per day.
SIDE EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS None at suggested dosage levels.
KNOWN SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSAGE AND PARTICULARS OF ITS TREATMENT In some patients, large doses may cause diarrhoea. In such patients, the dose should be reduced.
